Four key appointees of Gov. Kevin Stitt are resigning, including Oklahoma's chief operating officer and secretary of state.

Secretary of State Josh Cockroft and his top deputy, Nitasha Rose, are leaving that state agency. Rose’s husband, Rick Rose , is stepping down as the state’s chief operating officer and the director of the state Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Also departing is the director of the Oklahoma Office of Economic Development, Growth and Expansion (EDGE) at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Evan Brown .
