Police say 28-year-old Mathew Spencer was driving from Las Vegas to Houston and his silver Hyundai Tucson with a Washington license plate CJM2235 was last seen by an automated license plate recognition camera in Flagstaff on Aug. 5.
He last talked to his family the next day and hasn’t been heard from since. Police said his last internet activity showed that he had broken down somewhere between Bellemont and Williams off Interstate 40.
