FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A Franklin County man is on the run after removing his court-ordered ankle monitor, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Troopers said Robert Guilfoyle, 22, left his residence Monday in Hamilton Township. His roommates told police he was consuming alcohol and that a large kitchen knife was missing from the property after he left, State Police said.

Franklin County Adult Probation contacted Guilfoyle, who said he was on foot and would not turn himself in.
Guilfoyle is 5 feet 11 inches, 160 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair. His last known address is 1024 Warm Spring Road, Lot 28, in Chambersburg, police said.
