DUQUESNE, Mo. — Members of the Duquesne City Council turned down a proposal to build a warehouse and distribution center at 3850 W. 20th St.

The board voted 2-1 Monday before a nearly full council chamber of about 30 people to deny rezoning of property on 20th Street, south of Duquesne Road, from undeveloped to industrial. ×
