The owner of a suburban ice cream shop accused of filming minors in the bathroom of his business is facing a new lawsuit stemming from an incident at his home.

Last month, Steven Weisberg was charged with two counts of child pornography, a Class X felony and two counts of unauthorized video recording in connection with a hidden camera he allegedly placed in the bathroom of Flavor Frenzy, a shop he owns in suburban Addison.

Attorneys for one of the victims now say authorities found a second hidden camera inside Weisberg’s home in Buffalo Grove, and have filed a civil lawsuit in the case.
