(KRON) -- Barebottle Brewing Company, a locally based brewery chain, is opening its first East Bay location this fall. Barebottle is looking to open in October at 1375 South California Blvd., the brewery announced in a social media post Monday.

There is no set date for the grand opening, but Barebottle said it is targeting "beginning of October."

This Barebottle will be approximately 5,000 square feet and accompanied by outdoor seating, according to the post. The brewery takes over the space that was previously occupied by a grocery store, Barebottle said.

There is also a parking lot right in front of the brewery, which the brewery says is "a Barebottle first!"

There are currently five Barebottle locations across four Bay Area cities: San Francisco, Santa Clara and Menlo Park. The Bare
