"Out of sync but still in style," members of Middled Aged Boy Band are touring to Surrey and other cities this fall with an improv-comedy show that doubles as a music parody full of dad bods and long-lost dance moves.

The Vancouver-based Comedy Department company launched the show last year in salute to the greatest boy band that never was, featuring a small band of comedy veterans including Denise Jones.

"The idea kinda of came out of a conversation about how we're all getting older, you know, 'How long are we going to be doing this, guys?' Someone said it's like Backstreet Boys and we should be a middle-aged boy band.
