While campaigning for governor of California, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco has often worn his uniform.

A fellow candidate cites a state law reading, "No officer or employee of a local agency shall participate in political activities of any kind while in uniform."

Bianco says he's done nothing wrong and the lawsuit is a publicity stunt by the other candidate, Stephen J. Cloobeck.
