Abbott signs rural health bills as Trump administration unveils sweeping child health strategy

Gov. Greg Abbott signed two major bills Tuesday aimed at strengthening rural healthcare across Texas. Speaking at a fall conference, Abbott ceremonially signed House Bill 18 and House Bill 3000, both passed during the regular legislative session.
