STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- A field of more than 100 runners and walkers gathered last Sunday at Wolfe’s Pond Park to participate in the annual Victoria’s Life 5K, which honors the memory of Victoria McDonnell who tragically died of a brain aneurysm six years ago at the age of 26.

Ken Thompson won in a time of 20 minutes, 15 seconds. Finishing in a close second was Craig Johnson (20:19), while Paul Gallagher finished third (22:55).

The first female to cross the line was 10-year=old Summer O’Sullivan (33:47) with Jenn Lincoln (34:10) finishing second and Tiffany Latz (34:31) third.
