The human resources executive caught in the viral “kiss cam” video with her then-boss during a July Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium has filed for divorce, according to published reports.

Kristin Cabot, the former chief people officer at Astronomer, and her husband Andrew Cabot, the CEO of Privateer Rum, filed for divorce in Portsmouth, N.H. on Aug. 13, WMUR-TV reported.

Officials at the courthouse where the couple filed referred questions to a spokesperson for the state judiciary, who couldn’t immediately be reached for comment Tuesday.

Andrew Cabot’s spokesperson told People that the couple had decided to split “privately and amicably” several weeks before the Coldplay concert.

Neither Kristin nor Andrew Cabot could immediately be reached for comment Tuesday morning.
