A mum said she knew her daughter was "broken in a way that could never be repaired" when she saw her on their house doorbell camera following the Southport attack last year.
Speaking to the Southport Inquiry on Tuesday, the mum said there were "no words that can truly capture the fear, trauma and devastation our daughter experienced that day".
