TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The Tucson Police Department is investigating the assault of a Suntran bus driver at Udall Park at a drop off location.

Police say the bus driver exited the bus and the suspect followed the driver and ultimately assaulting and injuring the driver by hitting him with a rock or rocks.

The suspect left the scene on another bus and the TPD is trying to find him.

Police say the driver’s injuries were minor.

Detectives with the aggravated assault unit responded and the investigation is ongoing.
