JONES COUNTY, Ga. — A woman was arrested for setting fire to a Jones County house on Tuesday, according to a post from the Jones County Sheriff's Office Facebook account .
The sheriff's office says deputies responded to a structure fire at a home on Largo Drive in Jones County. The home was already engulfed by flames when deputies arrived, according to the post.
The sheriff's office says they found a woman, Amanda Drye, attempting to leave the scene. They say Drye admitted to spreading accelerant and setting the house on fire.
She has been charged with first degree arson, according to the post, and is being held at the Jones County Jail without bond.
