MUSKEGON, Mich. — Allison Revell and Jennifer Barangan from Access Health spoke to the Muskegon City Commission at a meeting Tuesday night, urging people to help them get the word out about the 2025 Community Life Survey for Muskegon County.

Access Health is a nonprofit that offers several different programs to Muskegon County, most notably their C3 Health Plan, which is a low-cost, full health coverage plan that small businesses can offer to their employees. The idea for the survey came from a previous assessment they were conducting to make sure they had the information they needed to design programs that can help people.

"We identified some critical gaps in knowledge that we don't have about Muskegon County residents, so we designed the survey," Barangan said.
