COLUMBUS – Columbus East dominated shots and scoring while posting a 6-0 win over Bedford North Lawrence during boys high school soccer action on Tuesday.

Emilio Aguirre recorded a hat trick for the Olympians (5-3-1 overall, 3-0 in the Hoosier Hills Conference).

David Sylva (31:53) and Aguirre (30:04) tallied goals less than two minutes apart to start the scoring in the first half. Miguel Ferrer (11:24) and Aguirre (10:53) struck in similar quick fashion late in the half.

Cristian De Dios (19:11) recorded the first goal of the second half, and Aguirre finished off his three-goal night with a score at 16:11.

East owned a 17-0 advantage in shots.
