SNEEDVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — An AMBER Alert was issued Tuesday as authorities search for a missing eight-year-old girl from Hancock County.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued the alert on behalf of the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office for Samantha Shelly, who was last seen in Sneedville. The eight-year-old has a medical condition that may impair her ability to return safely, according to the alert.
She is described as 4'2" tall, weighing 55 lbs., with hazel eyes and brown hair.
