Fans of the iconic 1980s police drama “Miami Vice” are gathering in Miami Beach for the second annual Miami Vice Week, celebrating the show’s fashion, music and crime-filled storytelling that made it a television trendsetter.

The event features appearances from original cast members, screenings of episodes, and a display of the world’s largest collection of original Miami Vice memorabilia.

Attendees from across the globe have come to relive the show’s neon-lit, fast-car aesthetic.

Olivia Brown, who played Detective Trudy Joplin, said it’s “surprising that something I did so long ago, people still love.”

Bill Smitrovich, known for his role as Detective Scotty Wheeler, said the show’s legacy continues to bring the community together decades later.
