SELINSGROVE — Violet Shaffer's goal with 5:21 left in overtime helped Selinsgrove prevail over Heartland Athletic Conference-Division I foe Mifflinburg 2-1 on Tuesday night at Bolig Field.

Shaffer's goal was assisted by Nora Moyer, who stole the ball at the 50, drew two defenders and slide the ball to Shaffer. Taylor Fry scored the first goal for Selinsgrove (5-1 overall, 2-0) on a reverse shot early in the third quarter.
