The Girl Scouts unveiled the GirlScoutSwagon on Tuesday.

The GirlScoutSwagon is an 18-passenger van that has been transformed into a mobile Girl Scout shop.

The van is making its debut on Tuesday (today until 7 p.m.) at an open house and cookie reveal party at the Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania’s headquarters at 4640 E. Trindle Road in Hampden Township.

This traveling walk-through store will be stocked with patches, badges, apparel, water bottles, and other Girl Scout items, some of which will be exclusive to the Heart of Pennsylvania council. Inventory will change regularly based on customer feedback. Girl Scout troops will be able to visit the GirlScoutSwagon at council-sponsored events throughout the council’s 30-county footprint.
