WHEELING — The Wheeling Park Patriots had a lot going for them at the conclusion of their game Tuesday. They scored a blowout victory over their rival, Morgantown, 10-0, with a mercy-rule finish in the 70th minute. Senior standout Julia Dunaway tallied five goals, tying her career-high for a single game. Perhaps most importantly though, the Patriots girls preserved their undefeated streak, moving to 8-0 with the breezy victory.
The 8-0 mark includes six shutouts- Park has allowed two goals all year, one to Marietta and one to Bridgeport, W.Va.– to sit at a goal differential of +
