BATAVIA — A black dry erase marker squeaks on the whiteboard as Daniel Crofts writes an e-mail, asking his four students to forward any audited classes or internships they may have found.

Crofts, a direct support professional at Arc GLOW, works with Genesee IGNITE (Inspiring Growth and Nurturing Independence Through Education), a college experience program in partnership with Genesee Community College.
