INDIANAPOLIS, IN — An Indiana man has been convicted of sending death threats to U.S. Supreme Court justices while incarcerated at the New Castle Correctional Facility.

Roger S. King Jr., 49, on Sept. 8 received a six-year sentence — four years of incarceration followed by two years of supervised release — from U.S. District Court Judge Sara L. Ellis.
