THE viral Philadelphia Phillies fan who confronted a dad over a home run ball has even made it onto The View.

Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin both gave their opinion on the incident last week.

A female fan was dubbed "Phillies Karen" by the internet after her antics.

She was beaten to a home run ball by a dad at Miami Marlins' LoanDepot Park.

And the woman immediately went to confront the dad - who gave the ball to his son.

After a heated back and forth, the father took the ball off his son to give back to the woman.

She marched back to her seat with the souvenir, but also as an instant internet celebrity.

The fan was criticized by social media users.
