Pinpoint has announced a restructure of its senior management team following the death of chief executive Daniel Waring.

Managing director Simon Hemming now becomes chief executive, while technical director Richard Gibson is now the chief technical officer and product director Allan Aikman will join the board, assuming the role of chief operations officer.

Pinpoint is a family-owned business founded in 1992 in Leven.

It develops, manufactures and installs safety systems to protect staff at risk of violence and harm in the workplace - and is found in every NHS Trust throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
