Oklahoma County Commissioner Myles Davidson wants out of his county and state leadership roles, including chairmanship of the Board of County Commissioners, until sexual assault and harassment allegations against him are resolved, county records show.
Davidson's requests are among several developments in the case, which began after a Norman woman filed for a protective order against him on Sept. 3 in Cleveland County District Court. She went on to claim in court filings that the commissioner, 50, groped her in May, tried to force her to have sex on a work trip in July and has stalked and harassed her since November 2023.
