HILLSDALE, Mich. (WILX) - Animal Control is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the person who abandoned a male black Boxer at the Greater Hillsdale Humane Society.

The dog was wearing a black-and-white patterned collar and was left at the shelter by someone driving a red Ford Focus or similar vehicle.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Office at 517-437-7317.
