Warmer and more humid weather has returned to Acadiana as temperatures are running around 10° warmer this morning compared to yesterday morning. Highs will near 91° under partly cloudy skies along with a heat index into the upper 90s. A few showers are possible too, mostly in southern Acadiana during the second part of the day.

Hot, humid, and mostly quiet weather is expected to last for the next 1 to 2 weeks.
