HAMDEN, Conn. — Democratic voters in Hamden selected Adam Sendroff to represent their party on the ballot for the mayoral election this November.
Sendroff acquired nearly half the total votes on Primary Day, surpassing four other candidates, including party-endorsed candidate and Legislative Council president Dominique Baez.

Current Hamden mayor Lauren Garrett announced this summer that she won't seek reelection. She's served the town as mayor for four years.
Election Day will be on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
