SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) - Happy Wednesday, Utah! It's going to be a blustery day with wicked winds impacting the West Desert and parts of Wasatch Front. We have an upper-level low to our West and our high pressure to the east, and as the low moves inland we see southerly winds amp up. With a southwest flow, we will see some warmer air so there's potential for above average temperatures. Daytime highs will push the uppers 80s and low 90s along the Wasatch Front, low 80s in Cache Valley, low to mid 80s throughout central Utah and low 90s in SW Utah. With dry conditions on the western side of the state, above average warmth and winds, a Red Flag Warning has been issued.
