A third man has been charged with murder, Hamilton police say, in connection with the shooting death of Mohawk College student Harsimrat Randhawa.
Police say they arrested 29-year-old Jaiyden Jones in Toronto, with the help of Toronto police, on Monday.
Jones was charged with first degree murder and three counts of attempted murder.
In an email to CBC, Hamilton police homicide detective Daryl Reid said "police do know what the dispute was about" but wouldn't provide more details.
There were at least seven people in their vehicles involved in a dispute that ended in the shooting that killed Randhawa, who police said in an Aug. 7 news release was an innocent bystander.
