Tracey Brown, who was assaulted by her brother in a 2022 attack that saw him bite her and break a door, said her brother is a paranoid schizophrenic who told her multiple times the government had implanted a chip in him.

“A person that is hearing voices in their head and believes the world is against them, they’re going to break. And I think that night he broke,” she told CNN .

Tracey’s mother told CNN she tried to get Brown placed in a long-term mental care facility, but couldn’t because she wasn’t his legal guardian, she said. 3
