Plymouth Live readers have been voicing their opinions on Royal William Yard's future , responding to the new that small enterprises are set to be relocated from a massive building in Plymouth's Royal William Yard so it can be converted into dwellings.

The Ocean Studios creative and arts business hub will be transferred to Devonport Guildhall to allow the remaining Factory Cooperage block to become residential.

A planning submission to regenerate the remaining portion of the Grade I listed structure has been lodged with Plymouth City Council . It will represent the second development phase of the Factory Cooperage and establish 24 new "luxury" townhouses.
