Opus announced that EFP, LLC has signed a lease for the second of two buildings at The Confluence in Casa Grande, Arizona. The Confluence, located at 1341 and 1371 South Sunland Gin Road, is Opus’ first industrial development in Pinal County and among the first speculative industrial developments in Casa Grande since 2012. The lease marks EFP’s further expansion in the Phoenix market as the company already leases the development’s first building.
