OMAHA, Neb. —

A judge found enough evidence to send an Omaha man charged with child enticement and child pornography to trial .

Kenneth Gilbert is accused of child enticement — use of a communication device and nine counts of child pornography.

Investigators said he sent a Facebook message to who he thought was a 12-year-old girl. It was actually a Des Moines County Sheriff's Office sergeant.

Prosecutors said he made several sexual references, asking the 12-year-old to bring a 5-year-old with her from her foster home.

Gilbert asked for explicit photos and offered to pick up the girl , court documents state.

He allegedly threatened to kill the 5-year-old.

Omaha police determined Gilbert was an immediate threat.
