The Chicago Cubs snapped a three-game losing streak with a win over the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday, but they might have some bigger problems to overcome before the playoffs begin.

After opening the season with one of the most potent offenses in the sport, the Cubs have seen several key sluggers take steps back. Pete Crow-Armstrong batted just .160 in August and is looking to get his breakout season back on track after a knee injury earlier this month. And superstar slugger Kyle Tucker was placed on the injured list with a calf problem on Tuesday.

The Cubs have also seen a harsh regression for Seiya Suzuki, who opened the season on a tear at the plate only to step back to career-worst production.
