DALLAS — FIFA opened its presale window exclusively for Visa cardholders on Wednesday , giving people the first opportunity to sign up for single game tickets.

Many people reported delays waiting for the first step in the process. We even tried the process ourselves and were stuck on the same loading screen for close to an hour.
