Chef Jeff Chanchaleune has established himself nationally once again, as his newest restaurant, Bar Sen, is named one of the best restaurants not only in Oklahoma, but also in the nation.
Bar Sen was featured on The New York Times' annual "The Restaurant List," where they spotlight the 50 best places to dine in America.
Through the list, 14 NYT reporters flew throughout the nation with the hope "for a meal to remember," and their team felt much more than delight leaving the almost 8-month-old establishment.
Bar Sen opened their doors in February at 1630 N Blackwelder Ave., as another way for the James Beard finalist chef to embrace his Laotian roots. Chanchaleune's newest venture follows the success of neighboring Ma Der Lao Kitchen.
