Filmmaker Jon M. Chu and his longtime collaborators, cinematographer Alice Brooks and editor Myron Kerstein , are set to receive the fourth annual Variety Creative Collaborators award at Virginia’s Middleburg Film Festival in October.

This is the first time the award has been presented to three collaborators. The trio will be recognized for their work on “In the Heights,” “Home Before Dark” and their work on last year’s “ Wicked .”
