ORCHARD PARK - Not surprisingly, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was named AFC offensive player of the week Wednesday.
This was not a tough choice for the voters after Allen led the Bills to a remarkable 41-40 victory over the Baltimore Ravens , rallying Buffalo from a 15-point deficit by producing 16 points in the final four minutes.
Allen finished 33 of 46 for 394 yards and two touchdowns through the air and added 30 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. In the fourth quarter, Allen threw for 251 yards and became the first player in NFL history to have a quarter where he topped 250 yards passing while also rushing for two TDs.
