An Allentown man convicted of killing his infant daughter in 2013 soon will be released from prison after prosecutors re-examined initial expert testimony in the case, authorities announced this week.
Matthew Wolfe, 40, in December 2015 was arrested and charged with third-degree murder and child endangerment in the death of his 3-month-old daughter, Quinn.
The death was investigated by a county grand jury for two years, and Wolfe was convicted in 2017 of charges that he killed the child. He was sentenced to 20 to 40 years in prison.
