AHSAHKA, Idaho – A Washington man was issued multiple citations after crashing his car on Viewpoint Road on Tuesday and fleeing the scene.
Deputies from the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) responded at around 3:52 p.m., according to a press release.
CCSO said the driver failed to negotiate a curve in the road before hitting a guard rail and tree.
The 54-year-old driver from Chattaroy was not injured in the crash, and was found by deputies in Ahsahka. He was cited for failure to notify upon striking highway fixtures and an invalid driver’s license.
