A 40-year-old Youngstown man is facing charges after he allegedly stole an ambulance from St. Joseph Warren Hospital in the early hours of Monday.

According to the police report, Warren Police responded to a call of a missing ambulance just before 3 am from the hospital.

Hospital employees identified the suspect as Nathan Queener and were able to track the location of the ambulance, which stopped in the 2000 block of Pointview Avenue in Youngstown.

Youngstown Police were notified and stopped the vehicle on the Center Street bridge in the city.

According to the police report, the driver taken into custody was Queener.

The ambulance was not damaged, and nothing was taken from it and it was returned to Physicians Ambulance company.
