MUNCIE, IN — The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld the convictions of a Muncie man who fatally shot three members of a local family.

A Delaware Circuit Court 5 jury in October 2024 found Devin Xavier Myers, now 31, guilty of the three murder charges , along with counts of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, criminal confinement and obstruction of justice.
