I’m particularly excited about a new Mega Evolution in Pokémon Legends: Z-A , especially after seeing the new Mega Malamar design. T he next core game in the classic Nintendo series will see the return of the Mega Evolution mechanic because it will be set in Lumiose City, in Kalos. Recently, Nintendo announced Mega Malamar in Pokémon Legends: Z-A , following days of teasers.

The new creature’s design looks superb and was well-received among fans. Before that, other new Mega Evolutions making their debut in the game were announced , including Mega Hawlucha, Mega Victreebel, and Mega Dragonite in Pokémon Legends: Z-A . Not all Mega Evolutions were well-received by the community, but there may be a lot more to come leading up to the game’s release in October.
