The Houston Rockets traded for Kevin Durant from the Phoenix Suns in the NBA offseason. In the process, the Rockets traded away Jalen Green for him and they didn't have to give up any other promising young players for him.

Houston is in line to win an NBA championship for the 2025-2026 NBA season. Durant is the scorer that the Rockets needed on there roster. The culture and everything else is set in place.
