UPDATED: The Federal Bureau of Investigation does not have their man after all in the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk.

Less than two hours after Kash Patel went online to declare the “subject for the horrific shooting today that took the life of Charlie Kirk is now in custody,” the FBI Director stunningly now says the “subject in custody has been released after an interrogation by law enforcement.”

Earlier Wednesday, right after Patel’s initial tweet, Utah Gov. Spencer Cox referred to the “subject” as a “person of interest.” Now it seems that whoever shot MAGA influencer and unofficial Trump advisor Kirk is still on the loose around Utah Valley University.
