MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - Dakota College at Bottineau is being recognized as a top nursing school in North Dakota.
The college’s nursing program is one of the top three in the state, according to Registered Nursing , which helps prospective nurses find RN programs.
DCB Assistant Professor of Nursing Tara DeCrans explained they’re evaluated on students’ passing rates.
She shared that last year, all of their LPN and RN students passed.
DeCrans said she believes the success is a testament to the dedication of the staff.
“What students like about our program is that they often are still working or they have families, and that they know in a year or two years that they can be an RN or LPN and enter the workforce quickly,” said DeCrans.
