Time and time again, Ontario Premier Doug Ford has made it clear that Canada is not for sale, but when it comes to the lives of motorists in the North, his policies suggest that they – as in yours and mine – aren’t really worth all that much.

We’re now a few weeks out from back-to-back fatal motor vehicle collisions on the highway east of Kenora, which the authorities say have claimed at least three lives and injured several more.
