A new men’s shed group is going through its development stage in Auchinleck. ‌

And the fledgling team has been given valuable tips and advice on how to thrive by representatives from another Ayrshire group. ‌

Stewart Beck, the Scottish Men’s Shed Association Development Officer, supported the first official Auchinleck Men’s Sheds Meeting at the Boswell Centre in Auchinleck where the discussion was about starting the Auchinleck Men’s Shed. ‌

And joining Stewart on the night were Frank Tanner, Chairman and Ronnie Russell, Vice Chairman of Ayr and Prestwick Men’s Shed.

The duo were there to add to the discussion on starting a men’s shed and they shared ideas and advice on how to take the Auchinleck Men’s Shed forward.
